So is BIG selling:

- A $4,000 (platinum) video package for $12,000?
- A $12,000 video package with features and benefits above and beyond that of the platinum package (but not clearly disclosed on the website)

What the hell does the client get for $12,000?

It is the simplest question and is core to the entire structure of the business - yet its not answered in the announcement. Why?

The announcement just raises more questions rather than answering questions.
