Seems I was moderated for Unsubstantiated accusations which is fair enough..

With due respect please look back at the history of my posts from years ago when my sentiment was a buy (Not naming any Director specifically) but the companies both 99Wuxian and InvestorLink had advised me things I posted here on the forum which were outright lies. (And I've spoken to clients of both companies confirming many of these)

I would need to be pretty creative to come up with the random posts just after finishing calls with the company to get specific numbers regarding said valuations and live testing etc

I want to warn others about getting involved with them from my own personal experience and that of others who I introduced to them that had suffered severe financial loss's due to the misleading and dishonest nature of the companies. (Not saying the SP won't go up, and the company admitted to me they can control the price due to the "small float") but you may be stuck holding paying interest for years before they stop all the random loans and changing the commission rate lower after milking local investors etc

If there is anyway to get a hold of the phone call recordings (Subpoena etc) as certain members also held financial adviser licence it will be very interesting.


Anyway just be careful with dealing with these mobs, I was extremely bullish if they followed the path they said they were going along as their was huge traction in GTV growth etc. I didn't take into account they would pull out of nowhere lowering commissions, questionable high interest loans, questionable acquisitions, "Not fair" disposals/Sales when things are going great, Outright lies regarding Unionpay Joint-Development, Lies about funding been spoken for, lies about specific valuations/alternate listing offers that they could take right now at almost 15-20x current but they don't?

I could go on..

Here is too hope they do what they done for ENC and just buy us out at IPO price and go private which seems they want to do for pennies on the $1 (Watch ofpay when they List in China to see how unfair the company is.)
