NT you are right on the money have a couple of friends who deal in property money mortgage etc they are already talking that there has been a shift in borrowing and house prices are starting to decline not by alot but nevertheless there is a shift downwards on prices, also saying people are starting to feel the pinch an they need a wage rise to keep up with growing prices, rate of inflation pressure on reserve bank interest rate rises who knows were we will be in the next 6 months let alone the next 2 years but they think that growth will be ten fold in infrastructure around the world in next 4/5 years
