Albert - you have missed the nuances of the deal.
We don't know yet whether or not SK 'are willing to pay 12 cents a share'.
They have an OPTION to pay 12c for up to 19.99% of the company (not just Sconi) but I really doubt that they will cough up before at least some of their conditions precedent are met - particularly the quality of the samples from the pilot plant, in terms of their suitability for SKI's battery tech.
I would think they would also wait for the BFS to be completed in June - as the ability of Sconi to meet SKI's quantity requirements is being investigated in this extended BFS timeline.
So maybe by July they will be prepared to pay 12c for a stake.
