I think it's option B, however, the commission fee helps pay for it.
The 24% commission fee is definitely calculated just on the value of the video offer, not the full line of credit. However, my thought is that the fee is higher in percentage terms than maybe we would typically expect, as it's also needing to contribute to some of the interest costs that FC is wearing on the remaining line of credit.
