You have pointed out the two possible strategies for this licencing style company.
It will be an interesting scenario should we start to get some deals in place from other parties...Celularity ? Apceth ? before Fuji get to their option. I would be happy to be receiving dividend checks in the mail rather than sell out too cheaply.
If such deals are forthcoming i think 500M might not secure a buy out.
All interesting to contemplate. Lets see how the cards fall.
