It is a dividend cut, but the best to be expected in the circumstances.
Like you, eagle, I am bleeding, but no matter how much we detest the CGA disaster, we need to give the NAOS people a chance to show their colours. They have been upfront about the measured transition from the old portfolio to a new portfolio of their choosing (with large temporary cash holdings).
AS an aside, the recent big buyers out there give some reassurance.
