Wrong. The Court usually doesn’t ask for ASX’s opinion. This is a more serious case than an honest blunder.
ASX has no relationship with the Corporations Act. It has its own ASX Rules.
You’re confused with ASIC. If ASIC gives the all clear, then the Court will probably grant a waiver. ASIC supervises the Corporations Act.
