DIB, the gradual rise in SP i predicted was reliant on ongoing company announcements relating to substantial deals being worked on. In the past, announcements were free flowing even though they were shall we say "optimistic". The CR I predicted was also tied in as this would have allowed the company to raise about now, mid Feb, with much less dilution due to rising SP.
Obviously, this has not happened! PO, has decided to keep all company progress under close wraps.
Reasons for this can be both positive and negative for holders.
In my original post i also predicted:
"Major deal will eventually be signed!
Deal will be much larger than anyone has predicted."
I think many holders are fixated on "Big 4" deal and "compliance" solution.
Many scenarios have been posted including time running out for European Banks with regards to compliance, number of potential employees currently needing our solution etc.
For the record, i have it the other way around. If say a company has 40,000 employees, the high net worth employees WILL be provided a Handset with the Rolls Royce of data capture compliance and all other bells and whistles etc at significant cost to said company.
However, where do middle level employees fit into the picture? Providing these employees (of which there are many) with a simple, cost affective BYOD compliance connection would certainly improve communication in the business, have them available outside of business hours, and, the real "kicker," be able to monitor their performance, efficiency, attitude, complacency etc etc etc all through AI machine learning.
Above scenario of course depends on If, and i do mean IF, we can deliver said technology.
