The key question is how sustainable is the dividend? How much is real, how much is magic? How much income does the underlying portfolio actually earns? How much of the dividend is a pass through of dividends and interest collected? How much is capital? Else you can pay whatever dividend you like. Like those infrastructure stocks of the past
