Yep, I agree on dividend projection.
I wouldn't be in GEM for share growth, however. Their philosophy has always been shareholder returns in the form of divvies. That's why, contrary to the culture on the ASX, they went with quarterly divvies in the first place. With a high pay out ratio, I can't see GEM becoming a growth stock again.
