i reckon it's depend on if the sales person comfortable with cold calling. It's always work and easy to get customers everyday if you have a call centre, which BIG does, and it would be huge if start to run the call centre in the US, but given the fast NBN, there is no location barrier anymore so BIG should setup the call centre which ever the rental is cheaper, maybe even consider setup its call centre in Hobart which QANTAS, VODAFONE, have moved their call centre there.
