In opinion:
North American institutional client = Smartly timed strategic investor just before drilling unleashes the bullish monster of AVZ.
As the globe pushes away from fossil fuels into cleaner, more efficient techs and the world upgrades it's aging infrastructure and struggles to populate a growing needy globe, I feel the years of US financial powerhouses being underexposed in commodities in has come home to bite being possible victims of their own bearishness. As bonds, tech heavy equities, overpriced property and crypto nightmares sit in the economic sin bin, we can assume the recent commodity team restructures of some big financial houses would have positive implications on their strengthening position on commodities. At the early stages of a multiyear commodity bull cycle you can be confident those shares will be held tight until AVZs value is fully valued.
Who is the US institutional investor? Who knows.....but the timing is impeccable and will certainly make competitors envious.....
China will be looking on with interest no doubt. I'm interested who the strategic partner/s will eventually be. Oven is heating up as drilling results gradually roll in and continue to break records.
