How can that possibly be the case?
Big added 1900 customers in last quarter.
Took in $20.4 million in new customer receipts.
That is $10,750 average per customer.
I know some here imagine SME's are cash rich and stupid and are buying multiple packages, but even if every customer bought the platinum, gold and silver package those numbers still don't stack up.
I've ignored churn as Big went to lengths to highlight existing customer retention was better than fabulous. IIRC 120% was the touted number.
