I too believe that all necessary permits will be secured & announced shortly. Any goverment grants & tax incentives would be fantastic Jag, probably great questions for Neil. I also believe QBL can afford todays announcement based on the common sense rule that such a committment would not be made without sufficient sales to support the decision. Whilst my logic may satisfy myself & maybe you, a number of holders are naturally apprehensive about seeing/hearing money go out before seeing money come in. Upon reflection this morning Jag I'm receiving todays announcement as a show of strength by QBL & a glimpse of the sleeping lion this sp currently is, big 12 months ahead buddy.
