They had no idea (as far as I know, I don't know what the 1999 trees produced)) four years ago about what the trees would turn out . They were betting the life of the coy on speculative returns. They were aware that survival rates could well be less than planned by then. They were, or should have been,aware they would be cash strapped for a few years and if things did not go as planned the options could undo them. It was a wild bet. Given the risks it was negligent .There was no disclosure of this happening.
