    US. Medtronic Inc.said yesterday that it has received US.FDA approval to sell its new heart device that both
    cardiac resynchronizes an irregular heartbeat and delivers a shock to show a racing heartbeat.
    and they said this device can treat the two most fatal
    type of heart ailments-----------the hearts failure to
    pump adequate amounts of blood and sudden cardiac
    death that result when the heart abruptly stop beating
    .......
