On the information we do know, BIG acknowledged breaches of disclosure requirements according to ASX rules regarding issuances of some of their shares. We can read this acknowledgement in their response.

The ASX may have referred this to ASIC to see if they consider them serious enough for any enforcement action by ASIC as ASX does not have those powers.

The ASX may have referred BIG to ASIC for other issues that they did not disclose. I don't know how long ASIC takes to look at matters referred to them so have no thoughts as to whether this is taking a long time or not. I think we just need to wait.
