How did you work out the energy use of Proof of Stake blockchains and Visa which is just a payment processor? I bet they didnt count the actual banks and their systems.

It's actually not, they make it intentionally difficult to find blocks aka proof of work but that isnt what that is talking about. Your article is trash and you should fell bad.
