Dianella, that was my first thought also. Just appears to me something has been going on behind the scenes, eg, why bother to get the HOA Darwin Port sign-off if nothing was likely to happen for a while ( if at all), why do a PFS update if nothing is progressing? The Chinese consortium arrangement initially proposed involved a financing deal ( $4 million I think) and taking an equity position, if so then I can understand why an updated PFS is required now as the Chinese will want to see the current metrics. Fingers crossed.... but then again they have been crossed for a very long time.
