Controlling their share price? How exactly is the company supposed to "control" their SP? I for one prefer management who completely ignore the SP and spend their time doing their actual job- managing the company. Nothing annoys me more than companies putting out fluff announcements in a vain attempt to prop up the SP, this only ever works in the short term and is a waste of management's time.
