Correct me if I am wrong, but I expect that the USA and UK are serviced by local supply, whereas China would come from Aus/NZ.
If that is correct with the current cash flow there surely is no reason not to expand in different markets at the same time.
UK operations not a drain and USA appears to be improving rapidly.
