No doubt about it, brine is much cheaper, and in a price squeeze, lowest cost of production wins. Simples.
But unlike a footy match, here you can pick both teams. I have. I am of the view that the world will need sheetloads more lithium and it has to come from both sources. Of course there will be ups and downs in price over the years. Thats the game of mining. Whoever gets to production and money in the bank in the next 5 years will be sitting pretty when there is the inevitable consolidation.
