I agree BUT what makes you think all these matters haven't been a priority over the last 12 months?

Oh, i dunno.
Mainly because every other established path forward has been delayed for one.
There is a few other reasons, but details are scarce in their correspondence to share holders at this point in time to lead me to believe otherwise.
Maybe there will be a flow on effect once a couple of significant hurdles have passed.
