i think you look at the perp sa approval site and yet get a good picture of the turn around of time taken to approve..
similar project have been assessed in 6 weeks.
and which means we could be on for an announcement before the election.
governments love to announce projects and jobs as a result 500 jobs on the yp... huge for SA and good for the sate.
