Another thing worth noting is that when CLQ started the PFS, cobalt wasn't a huge thing like it is now (which is evident in the price used, back then they thought $15 per lb was the ceiling). Since then they've been doing resource studies and whatnot into cobalt focused development. I think the BFS is going to be very different than the PFS.
