I understand your frustration. The whole situation is pretty crap to be honest.
Just curious, all the other issues aside. If you started seeing a high conversion rate of those potential customers into accepted customers where do you stand then?
I went back and looked at the commentary on previous 4C's and all the details in the ASX response regarding customers is actually all there. I'm disappointed in myself that I didn't ask more questions about the details they provided.
I still see a good business here and I'm excited to see the new app as I believe when coupled with the BIG hug it becomes a selling tool which could be the difference in customers converting.
