    You are correct, it should say "subscription agreement" and not "sponsorship agreement"

    You will also note the shares issued to FCC (Annexure 2) were for a "subscription agreement".

    I firmly maintain my previous opinion about CAIVIS providing the FCC model for BIG's US customers.
