Groups like Oneweb etc will be mostly concerned with stealing market share from the more expensive terra firma networks. I can't see them offering the same service at a discounted rate to customers in rural areas.
With the ridiculously high cost of their roll out, they'll be looking at stealing market share in metro areas IMO.
I've never been concerned about competition for SAS, instead the more companies that look to space only confirm for me that SAS are in the right space (pun intended).
SAS will never be the only sat constellation network in the region and would never have the capability to deliver service to billions of customers. We are a mere 24 million in this country and we have at least a couple of major telco networks.
Victorinox (Swiss Army Knife) and Stihl are both successful companies who deliver a great product with different purposes.
