Yes, franked because of all the taxable selling,(unable to be repeated) A bottom performing manager does not deserve a premium to after tax NTA, so the large buyer can have mine at pre tax NTA. NCC 4 year return sub-standard against the competitive universe. Since inception number becoming irrelevant ,probably were initially .Plenty of higher quality managers at good discounts, with Boards with communication skills and shareholder interests at forefront.
