Hi Tony, I believe the company should continually review the roles of senior executives, whether they are still required, performance and suitability and bang for buck.
For example if you had a CEO that was a geologist and you moved to a battery manufacturing strategy after plan e failed/not likely to happen, would the CEO be the right man for the job. Frankly, probably not.
So yes KNL should continually monitor this and its good you have raised it.
