Having met Mark Latham a couple of times and had some good conversations with him, I think he would be extremely good as the Leader of the Opposition and as the Prime Minister in the future.
I get the impression that he is genuine and honestly has the interest of normal families at heart, and he is hoping to contribute to a better society.
I think the Government would be fearful of Latham as he calls a spade a spade and won't take crap from the likes of Howard and Costello.
I think the Labor party needs a generational change (therefore between Latham and Kevin who??)...
