I believe even with the incredibly excessive tax and regulatory laws now in place existing (discovered and drilled) grade 1 mines will still get off the ground (and become cash flow for this regime), graphpex, walkabout and acacia fall into this category, mns is a maybe, vrc and ida are examples of I doubt it. Indiana(ida) for instance has spent many millions of dollars finding then proving up a resource that was viable and would have been mined at some point, but now it simply isn't. Who is a loser from that, everyone Govt, shareholders, local workers etc. But aside from the already discovered the biggest loss for Tanzania will be, exploration and foreign investment. Why would you explore (spending bucket loads of cash) in Tanz, when you can spend the money in Mozambique or Australia and not be encumbered with such extreme regulation and Taxation.
