    Longshot,

I'm sorry to see this fall today. I have experienced similar feelings and invested plenty of time into a company only to have egg on my face. Keep your chin up and for your sake (and mine), I hope everything turns out for the better.

Although I do not like most of Qqqq's opinions, especially his constant downramping, unfortunately, I have seen on many accounts that he/she knows what he/she is doing. I also have a feeling that he/she is somehow related to HC, but maybe I am wrong on that account. Whatever, don't take it personally, it is not worth it. Life is so much more than some numbers on a screen.

In regards to IMS, I do see a future in these, maybe it will take some time to jump again, but given it is making a profit and not a loss, like most companies on the ASX, it should eventually grow. Yes, I know it has debt, and it wrote off $20 million in goodwill, however, I actually find that this is a positive, minimising taxes for a few years and growing internally. (Goodwill is a waste of space on the account sheets.)

Anyway, good luck to you, I appreciate your posts and I am here riding the train with you.

    Toot.
