A few cross trades at $0.15 today, even though your bid was at $0.155 it was possibly dragged down to $0.15 by a cross trade (XT). It is my opinion that manipulators / cappers use XTs to suppress the share price because they disguise the direction of the trade. Opinion only, not advice, dyor etc
