Yes that’s how I valued it. It’s equivalent to 1/2 Oz per tonne or AUD$850.
Quite an amazing intercept to have 1.3kg of silver in every ton of ore ... over a distance of 17.6m.
If was gold in eq value it would be company making (that’s if the company wasn’t already about to be made by Big Haz and his family). and Haz’s whopper Aunty Big-Bertha hammermill on the way. I digress.
I have no doubt that there are geos out there who dream of these sort of mineralisation intercepts.
Who knows what we are sitting on ...Xtrata’s Ernest Henry IOCG was only discovered 30-50 meters under cover.
I’m sure I’ve heard “possible IOCG deposit” bandied about in old reports ...but that expression gets used as filler sometimes I think.
