I'm interested by it. It seems this such an offering will unite the cipherpoint and initial covata tech offering.
My concern is that they will spend a fair bit of $$ and time sorting out its beta, development, testing and deployment/marketing.
Could take a while.
In the meantime their slowly bleeding out. If they carry on at current burn I think that have 3 quarters or so?
