The qualification has been included in the audit reports for the past two financial years stating that there was insufficient audit evidence to determine the carrying amount of the investment in Graphenera.
Suprising given the investment was only entered into just over three months earlier but not suprising given the management.
Would suggest there was a complete lack of documentation re the investment. Didn't DL say the due diligence reports could not be located?
