RB I think your somewhat confused between seeking leave to appeal to the High Court and appeal been granted .
Its a lot easier to find error on a point of law from a arbitrator than the judiciary . Simple lawyers grow up to be judges lol . Arbitrators usually come from a diverse non legal professional background . A defeated counsel may exploit this seeking error .
This would have been a highly technical matter both scientifically and legally that would test a judge . Appeal or no appeal the next matter could be enforcement. The legal treadmill is a weapon often used on a weak opponents. But rest easy Im not picking sides this could go any way . Corrs must sense victory ,'re probable , but the quantum is of the greatest interest . After costs and working capital what will be left for the punters ?
