The scenarios are not necessarily equal however...The positive scenario has been decreasing in likelihood as every day goes by without an announcement especially given the "expectations" that management have not met for themselves or shareholders to this date. ...The negative scenario is increasing in likelihood as market turbulence approaching. That would be part of a "balanced" viewpoint imo..Good luck to all.
