polo - that's a good post. However, part of the problem can absolutely be blamed on management. THey announced during the AGM in November more delays. AND they have not kept their promise about lodging the US FDA IND in the 4th quarter 2007 (assuming they won't file it by December 31).
Across the street, many longterm shareholders are ripping management, and I share the same sentiment.
Part ACM, part people getting fed up with the annual delays.
