Mark mentioned in one of the BRR discussions that permits will be handed out in December "which should be a nice Christmas present for CVI holders" to paraphrase - hence why we are all discussing it coming soon.
Whether it eventuates by then will not only have a bearing on the SP but also Mark's credibility (IMO) as this would be his first 'blemish' (for want of a better word).
