Where is the cash consideration Wally. IMO a price of $5.00 per share is what should have been included in the amended bidders statement as well. Or is the $$$$$$ sweetner subject to takeover panels approval????????.
Are we not talking about a company that may have uncovered one of the best IRON ORE DEPOSITS in the last 30 years. Should I go on.
Nice try but no way this deal will go through. No Tax relief for the longterm GWR holders. Desperate measures but still a long long long way to go. Is the 7 for 1 because some are considering pulling out of the FAS deal.
People should seek paid financial advice when considering the options in realtion to the proposal before them.
DYOR but IMO no deal for me.
