There was a time when Nowhere and I used to talk to each other here (without any interruptions) for quite a while before a few others started to show interest.
I fully concur with his summary.
The team that started this company, and have built it from scratch through some early tough times - using mostly their own money, and getting drillers and contractors, etc to take scrip in lieu of cash - are a rare breed.
With minimum dilution, and always being frugal, the shareholders who have come aboard since will get the benefit. The Kin team, all solid holders themselves will benefit as well, of course - they truly deserve it.
In 35 years of investing in miners, I have never experienced a more shareholder focussed crew - or better at communicating on a personal level. I don't bother them, but if I have reason to call, always information forthcoming or issue solved, no problem.
That's why there was no chance that the "fab four" would succeed in their opportunistic takeover attempt.
These guys are straight up, the real deal.
