If the business thought that cash would be this tight they wouldn't have been paying such good dividends. I think trading has been far worse than management expected and as a result the dividend has been ceased. The dividend cut signals to me that mgt were caught short on cash. And thing must have really deteriorated for them to stop paying dividends. That is dramatic.
