reality check

I can't help but give a reality check before Christmas...

1. IMI will only make $ on vol. sales, but they are confident of achieving this in calendar 2008 as negotiations come to conclusion and roll-outs progress
2. IMI are vehemently confident that no further capital raisings will be required and that revenues will fund expansion as #1 occurs (but it's no promise!)
3. They have no debt
4. They have held off on any US pentetration due to delays in getting FDA approval and the fact that Europe has a more preventative health focus than US.
5. Blood was a 1/3 minority shareholder in Gameday and was forced to sell (embarrassingly) by his majority holders (both parties of whom are O/S and wanted out). In effect though, he only sold 24 mill, of which Bonvino bought 10 mill. He is not resigning.
6. April 07 broker presentation had projected revenues of $10 mill for 07-08. By their own admission, that was hopelessly optimistic but they do think that by 08-09 that is achievable. Bell Potter presentation had NO revenue projections - think about that...
7. SP on PE ratio of 10% at current vol. around that figure is about 8c. Upside is the unknown international factor. Potential upside is massive.
8. Deals/progress will be ann. but there will not be any specific revenue ann. - they will come as regular quarterly cash flow and as P/L in ann. report. Anyone expecting otherwise is unrealistic.
8. Day traders have eased back. Hopefully SP will stabilise soon and will grow with income. Anyone holding for long term growth must be prepared to hold until late 2008 to see that growth.
