I have made a few posts on big. I think they remain relevant. But looking fwd i now think some more focus on fc is deserved. On the basis of my earlier hypothesus this "mess" could only have happened with a willing lender. Fc had internal numbers on their lending to big and no doubt would have a file on big announcements to the market ( as a secured creditor) .
If i was exposed to this mess i would also be looking at any shareholding of fc ... not so much the directors. If fc had shares did they sell them ?
Crystal balling i think big will relist and its future success will be solely dependent on 2 things - fc keeping the facility open AND big concentrating on converting the leads to get the facility under control.
Best of luck to holders of this stock.
