Agree with both you guys. Andrew may not come across in public as a smooth , slick CEO but to get us through to this point in time has been an achievement , with not only industry headwinds but also sovereign head winds. He actually comes across a hell of a lot better in conversation than he does on camera. It’s not that easy a gig in front of an audience.
Personally I believe our management teams strengths lie in development, building and managing mines and that once this stage has been completed it’s all down hill. Be under no illusion, this is AS’s baby and he has a hell of a lot of skin in the game. He isn’t going to walk away from this and any talk of shareholders calling for his removal at this stage is ludicrous and not constructive. Remember the industry we are in is VERY secretive and the companies we are partnering with value this immensely, hence why the under the radar approach.
Now is the time to generate support for the team and help push this thing over the line with a wet sail and an air of confidence that management can use as encouragement.
Just console yourself with what AS has achieved to date, things that other graphite plays worldwide at the spec end , could only dream of. No small feat really. Who else do you think has been negotiating these deals. Remember our team is very small.

    Cheers
