Hatred and Jealousy, page-10

I have just read the entire 47 page report - can someone in plain English, without emotive language simply bullet point exactly what BIG have done wrong (that involved non-disclosure or something that is illegal or highly unethical - note: hiring a sales team to sell videos to SMEs on a payment terms is not illegal or even unethical if the terms are clear to both parties, and using SME finance is not necessarily unethical either) - in simple clear terms what is actually wrong here?? - exact clear quantifiable facts please...
