Totally agree db I have been saying this for ages, every new home should have a minimum 5kw solar power and solar hot water.The Government needs to stop farting around squabbling between each other and start to lead the country, thats what we employ them for.Like you said batteries in cars in only the tip of the iceburg.Home batteries,power tools and mowers,cars,ships, did you see the Tesla container barge,planes.electronic devices etc etc.We need to limit the use of fossil fuels otherwise we will need to find another planet to live on, and their is not a lot out there.
